What insurance’s do you participate with?

Aetna, Empire UHC, Excellus BC/BS, Emblem, Health Now, Humana, Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Martin’s Point, Medicare, MVP/Cigna, Pomco, Today’s Options, Tricare Standard, Tricare for Life, UHC, and Wellcare.

Do you accept financing?

Yes we do. We accept CareCredit which is a convenient way to handle healthcare financing.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We pride ourselves in same day or next day appointments. If calling to schedule your wellness exam, it is best to give us a 3 month lead time. You will need to schedule a nurse visit 2 weeks before your appointment to do your diagnostic work up.

Where is your location?

We are located at the Northeast Medical Center in Fayetteville, NY. Our suite is on the first floor of the medical center, Suite 117.

Do I need to fast for my blood work?

Yes, you will need to fast for your wellness blood work, as well as any blood work that you are doing for management of your diabetes or cholesterol. Your provider will advise you about this at your office visit.

Do I have to do anything special when having my blood work done for my hormone therapy?

When having your blood drawn for your hormone levels, we ask that you do not take your hormones on the day of your blood work. If you take your hormones at night you may still take them the night before your blood work.

How long should I expect to be in the office for my wellness nurse visit and wellness physical?

Please plan on being in the office for one hour at the time of your nurse visit, and an hour and a half for your wellness physical with the physician.

How much time do I need to give you for a prescription renewal?

We ask that you please allow us 72 hours for any prescription renewals.

What is MDVIP?

MDVIP is a unique approach to primary care created by doctors who aim to enhance the way healthcare is provided to patients. Is there a fee for MDVIP?

Yes, there is a fee that covers your wellness evaluation and customized program. The fee can be reimbursed through an HSA, or flexible spending account. For more information on pricing and payment options please call our office at 315-637-2665.

Do you need to be a member of MDVIP in order to schedule an aesthetic appointment?

No, our traditional aesthetic services are available to anyone. However, management of bioidentical hormones are only offered through MDVIP services.

Are my children included in the fee for MDVIP?

Yes your children are included up to the age of 26.

How much downtime is there for CoolSculpting?

None! There is NO downtime for this procedure. It does not require you to be medicated or to have a driver. You can resume your activities the very same day of the procedure.

How long does it take to get a consultation appointment for an aesthetic procedure or an appointment to have a procedure done?

We pride ourselves in offering same day or next day appointments. During busier times of the year it may take up to a week to get an appointment. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly for your appointments during these times.

Is CoolSculpting, Lasers, or any other aesthetic procedures covered by my insurance?
